Registration Process

Our registration process starts with participants selecting their preferred location. The next step is to determine and click on the link that will take you to the payment location. This is where you will make a payment and provide participant details.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure our cancellation policy is clear and fair. If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, the following guidelines apply:

• A full refund will be issued, less a 10% administrative fee, if the cancellation is completed prior to three weeks before the first day of camp.

• Cancellations made within three weeks prior to the first day of camp will receive a camp credit that can be applied to a future camp within the next two years.

• If a camp is canceled for any reason, such as unusual weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of all fees paid.

Rest assured that we will make every effort to reschedule the camp for this summer and prioritize the safety and happiness of our campers.
