Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and we want to make sure our cancellation policy is clear. If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, we offer a full refund less a 10% fee if the cancellation is made prior to the first day of the camp. After the first day, cancellations will result in camp credit that can be applied to a future camp within the next two years. In the event that a camp is canceled for any reason, such as unusual weather, we will provide a full refund. Rest assured that we will do everything we can to reschedule the camp for this summer and keep our campers safe and happy.
